CHAPTER 42 – OUTLINE

In “Jinx Manga – Chapter 42 “, Doc Dan is comparing Mr. Joo’s recent medical reports with the previous one and the difference is obvious. Mr. Joo’s shoulder injury could be worse and may affect the other body parts as well. Dan is thinking he needs to do something different for Mr. Joo to alter his mindset. Suddenly he remembered, Mr. Joo’s birthday is coming up so he can shift his mood by giving him some gift which he doesn’t have already.

On searching, he came to know that Mr. Joo’s leather keychain is no longer in a good condition so he can gift a keychain to him but he was shocked to see the price of the keychain is worth $700. As he couldn’t afford such an expensive gift, so he decided to go for some extra mile and to save more money through which he can buy a gift for Mr. Joo. Dan started a food delivery job at night to earn some extra money.

At the Sports Rehab Center, the trainer told Doc Dan: “If he keeps going at this rate, he’s going to need surgery. For now, he can make do with the one good arm”. Dan replied: “Okay, I’ll talk to him”. Dan tried to convince Mr. Joo but he gave a shut-up call to Doc Dan in return.

Dan knocked on the door to deliver some food, he was shocked to see a person who looked familiar. He remembered the person was Mr. Joo’s Ex-Lover. He started explaining to Dan about Mr. Joo’s mindset and his attitude towards his partners. He said to Dan: “You and I are no different. Don’t be an idiot and delude yourself into thinking you’re special”. He also said: “Once he gets sick of you, he’ll toss you to the curb, just like he did with all the others”. Dan was shocked…
